BOE MEETING IS CLOSED TO PUBLIC

Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) 49-6-804 states that school and district safety plans are not subject to the open meeting laws of our state. The Cleveland City Schools Board of Education will hold a closed meeting on Tuesday, September 6 at 4:00 pm at The Denning Center regarding our system and school safety and security plan. This board meeting will not be open to the public nor the media and will only pertain to the topic of system and school safety plans. TCA 10-7-504(p) also states that the district and school safety plan is also not open to public inspection.
